Anodising not only differentiates our products with varied colours for ease of clinical use but also enhances the corrosion resistance and biological properties of our materials, especially Grade 5 titanium.
Rigorous Inspection and Sterilisation
Our products undergo five primary inspection steps—incoming, self-inspection, in-process, finished product, and random periodic inspections—to maintain the highest quality standards. The sterilisation process uses Co60 gamma-ray irradiation, verified by indicator labels that change from orange to red upon effective sterilisation, ensuring safety and compliance with health standards.
