Standard implants 4.8 mm WN can be used for oral endosteal implant indications in the maxilla and mandible, for functional and esthetic rehabilitation of edentulous patients with a minimal ridge width of 7 mm and a minimal mesiodistal gap width between adjacent teeth of 8.5 mm.

Because of the reduced surface area for anchorage in the bone, these implants are to be used solely for the following indications:
—-As an additional implant together with longer implants to support implant-borne reconstructions.
